Slow Flow Yoga

At The Wellfleet Adult Community Center

715 Old Kings Highway, Wellfleet,

Mondays , Wednesdays ,& Fridays 8:30 till 9:45 a.m.

Chair Yoga 10:00 till 11:00 Mondays, & Wednesdays.

Fee - Free for Wellfleet residents/ taxpayers Non - residents will be required to pay $5.oo per drop- in - class. Preregistration not required.

The Room - The Great Pond Room is very large and bright with natural light. Also, it has 4 new air purifier units.

Bring - A Yoga mat, and blocks if you have them. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.

The Class - You can gain immediate benefits from yoga whether you are a beginner in your 20s or advanced practitioner in your 70s. This is not a sport it isn't competitive. We practice together, our personal best being always enough, and that changes day by day. We will begin the class either seated on the floor or standing then move to a variety of poses standing and seated to increase energy, and finish with shavasana, to bring the body and mind into total, conscious relaxation.

You will leave rested and refreshed.
